You're right, it's tough! I got my butt kicked by my friend numerous times! I was supposed to do the kicking you know!
ReplyDeleteHahaahah. Well, on a related topic I recalled watching Malaysian TV one late night two decades ago. And lo and behold, they had 'Dirty Harry' on. I couldn't believe it as the 'police torture' (yeah...interrogation) scenes were uncut whereas in Singapore they were cut! Damn!
I am stumped too.
ReplyDeleteAs you know, in Singapore, it's not merely the censors, it's often the cinema people who would want to get an 'R-rated' movie to as big an audience as possible. So, the distributors/cinema-operators would be overzealous and apply very liberal cuts.... They are worst than the censors.
