Prices of Wargames and German games in London

I have done some research. The prices of wargames and German games in London and for that matter, the UK, are impossible.

The prices are already high in Singapore. With the VAT in the UK, the prices would be astronomical.

It's a pity really.

I bought a lot of wargames in the UK in 1995 and 1996 when they were on clearance.

There is a community for wargames in the UK.

wow.. didn't know wargames are taken so seriously that they actually have a community for it.

What's warcraft about anyway? My girlfriend and I were talking about it the other day, and she said how she has some of her guy friends who became so addicted to it, it was pretty bad...

boys will always be boys I guess.

Warcraft is a series of Real Time Strategic games. It's not a wargame.

World of Warcraft is a MMORPG, (Massively Multiplayer Roleplaying Game). http://www.worldofwarcraft.com

It's a virtual world. People live in it. They trade, they fight, they travel, they exchange tales. It's taken the world by storm. 6 million players now. A lot of women play this.

Wargames, or conflict simulation is another matter altogether. Nothing to do with boys.

Wargames are often used to model real life scenarios. Scenarios are played out and conflict models are built before political decisions are made. Wargames are deadly serious affairs.
