Off we went! Kelvin, Jon, Chalokepunrat (also known as Pong according to Jon) and I started walking. The trail is not exactly challenging. We met old folks, runners, youths in T-shirt, sandals and bermudas along the trail. Even then, I would recommend good walking shoes at the very least.
Here we were, chatting and walking along. Surprisingly, there were no mosquitoes at all!
Pong. He had served in the Thai military as an artillery officer. 105mm howitzers.
Strangely enough, we encountered railings across the trail. I suspected it was constructed by PUB.
