Torn library books

Yet another library book with torn out pages. Ugh. Every other book that I had borrowed from the library seems to have torn out pages. In this case, it was about 20 pages of photos of the Terracotta army and diagrams. In a previous case, it was a single page from a book about an American officer in Afghanistan who was mourning of the death of a single soldier under his charge. I had to go to a bookstore to read that one page. In yet another case, it was illustrations of Japanese infantry in World War II. What is wrong with the people here? This is appalling.
