Lying and misrepresentation

An idiot from Prudential called. I asked her if it were a sales call. She said it wasn't and that it was a servicing call. Then, she proceeded to ask if I had a certain kind of Medishield coverage. How on earth is this not a sales call? 'Servicing call' is an euphemism. I told her that she lied and goodbye. Misrepresentation and lying seem to be the norm for these sales folks these days.
