A place for little short commentaries, musings and drawings.
Oh I like the first photo! Looks like a very cosy corner.
It does look cosy. This 'theme' park actually replicates the buildings in different areas of Spain. Catalonia, Andalusia, etc. Before one thinks 'cheesy Disney themeparks', well, this was all constructed in 1929. They had engaged traditional builders from the different regions in Spain and built this Spanish village. The place has aged very well. Craftsmenship of a previous age, now, mostly lost I will expect. It's a living museum of sorts. It's quite charming except that I visited it on a rainy day.
