A seat in the woods
Pigment ink sketch. A wooden bench covered by a shrub. This was inspired by something I saw at the Botanic Gardens. I though the rendering and the conception on my part could be better. Well.. I did enjoy drawing it.

This reminds me of something I saw on a Japanese program. There is that exact door attached to the base of a huge few-100's of year old tree.
It is used by the caretaker to make sure that the man-made support inside the tree (the core has rotted out) is sturdy.
A door attached to the base of an old tree, that's interesting. A wooden door?
