Lodging a complaint at Standard Chartered Bank

I have just called Standard Chartered Bank and lodged a complaint. After going through the voice-response system, I managed to secure a human being and I told him of all the calls. He said he would tell his manager.

Is this Kafkaesque or what? If you have not read Franz Kafka's 'The Castle', well, it's worth a read.
