man, migraine don't go away with panadol. had a guy who was downgraded cause of migraine...better seek professional help if you're unaware of the triggers.
I had it when I was doing my NS seventeen years ago. I about to do my COS duty when it hit me. I was in pain for next 11-13 hours. My CSM thought I was faking until I ended up in Toa Payoh Hospital. My eyes were tear-ing. And the doctor could see some blurring in one eye.
Panadol never did help much over the years. Lying down didn't help either. I had to sit.
I still can't figure the triggers. I thought it was coffee but it wasn't. I thought it was the lighting at a particular frequency but I really don't know.

I will get a pack of that in future. I did have it.
I think it is likely that I got a severe tension headache. Nothing unusual according to my doctor on Wednesday.
I did have a pack of that somewhere previously.
