It does appear to be. Incidentally, the sale prices of flats of the Bishan public housing were the highest in the nation until earlier this year when the prices of the ones in Tiong Bahru exceeded them.
Alicia, I can't tell, I don't know cars well. It's the most popular car in Malaysia now, right? It has overtaken Proton in terms of sales, right? Hehehe.

hehe i don't know anything on car.. but kelisa is kinda ok :P hehe.. it's not easy to spot a malaysian car in sg.. most sg cars are non malaysian cars
