Semi-Detached House

The semi-detached house, commonly seen in land-scarce Singapore, is a single house that is divided two units with its own parking area and garden. Here is a typical example.

Nice house but absolutely a very bad feng shui house with the road running straight into the house. i.e. the one on the left with the "Stop" sign is worst off then the one on the right. But I think the front doors are not facing the road (can't see them) so that should be ok.

I bet only millionaires can afford these kind of houses in Singapore.

Hahaha. Yes, there are many many fengshui believers in Singapore. No sharp corners, no doors facing each other, etc.

I have to take that into consideration when I was doing the renovation and modification for some warehouse thing.

I don't know the pricing of those semi-detached houses. I am not too sure if they cost a million or more each. I should think so.

I didn't realise Feng Shui was popular in Singapore until now.

Feng Shui masters will definitely give these two houses a lower property value as the flow of the Chi from the road into the house can be rather damaging.

Try go to HK and you will find that not many will buy these houses without severe modification to them.
