Beijing cuisine! I seldom had that.

As you probably know, there are many regional dishes when it comes to Chinese food and they differ greatly from each other. Heh. I generally have Cantonese though I am not Cantonese. I think most of the Chinese food that you get in the US are Cantonese too.
