The Downfall of the Novel

Perhaps partly to blame for the novel's downfall are the temptations of the Internet, such as blogging. The Web, she says, "produces some pretty depressing people who don't know anything about anything."

Or it produces depressed people who know too much about everything, but you still have to make up your own mind how much of it is believable! :)))

Nah buddy. The downfall happens way before the advent of Internet. It is called television.
