I picked up the new Ladytron album 'Velocifero' at HMV this afternoon! Woo! I can't wait. I also picked up the rather ordinary Goldfrapp album 'Seventh Tree'. I had heard a leaked copy a week or two before the release then but I wasn't particularly excited. I waited till now before making a purchase. I won't be touching the new Madonna release, I had heard a little of it including the lead single. Ugh.

The first single from the Ladytron album appears to be 'Ghosts'.

I also picked up some DVDs, mainstream Hollywood fare which I missed on the big screen, 'Casino', 'Lost in Translation' and 'Batman begins'.
