The cold evening yesterday was perfect for running. After making the initial distance at 9:10, I went on for another kilometre or two. Not much. I should train for longer distances. I really really should get back to running 5 km every time.

I was also at Borders last night. I browsed but I did not find anything that I was looking for.

On an unrelated note, I don't like McAfee Security Centre but it came free with my system. I can't argue with free.

McAfee is free? I had that for a year (paid) and I didn't like it. So I switched back to Norton. I think Norton has made some improvements.

You like running eh? Somehow I have the impression that you live around my area (maybe I am wrong). I was used to jog from the Lentor area to the teacher's estate, a nice 4.5km to and fro.

It came bundled with my office Dell machine. In that sense, it's free for that 15-month period.

Well, I run to keep fit. I can't really say that I like running or even swimming.

Lentor? That's quite far north, isn't it?

No, I live near town. I used to run along Lower Delta Road, Tanglin Road, etc.

Afterwards, I was running at the Toa Payoh Stadium for some years.

Now, I run at the Botanic Gardens.
