This is a huge mobile artillery piece, used to demolish strongpoints and so forth. It was also used to great effect against German heavy tanks. It was nicknamed 'Beast Killer' or something.
Yes, the picture can be rather deceptive i.e. small, the gun barrel is huge for a "miniture" tank as I noted later.

Yes, you are right, the image is deceptive.
This is really a big assault gun. I took this from a high vantage point, thus, there is an illusion that this is a small vehicle.
