T17 Staghound



This medium American armoured car, the T17 Staghound, was used in limited numbers on garrison duties in the US and served in larger quantities with the British. The first versions were armed with a 37mm gun while a later variant had a Crusader turret with a 75mm gun.

The Staghound saw action with the British and Commonwealth forces in Italy and Northwest Europe.
