A Run at Toa Payoh Stadium

Yesterday, I managed 2.4 km in 12:38 minutes at Toa Payoh Stadium. The temperature was perfect, it was a cool evening.

I ran at a comfortable pace with enough reserves to push at the final round. I haven't been running as much anymore though.
