Hmmm. I don't think it's that bad if you look at it from another perspective. Doesn't the UFO building looked like the kind of imaginations that kids in the 70s and 80s would draw during art classes - especially when asked to draw their future Singapore.
Seeing such images being realised shows the coming of age of the generation that dreamed about it.
