Sounds kinda disposable, don't you think? It sounds OK at first but, it doesn't have staying power. Flavor of the week - then poof.

V, it just seems to be much ado over very little. Yes, it doesn't have staying power (at least in my opinion). It seems to be more of a marketing-driven thing than on strength of the songwriting. It seems to be just a forgettable ditty despite the sample from 'Gimme Gimme Gimme'.

Since Madonna can't write a decent song, she's always relying on producers now. If it is a good choice (ie William Orbit), we get a good record and if it is a good one... or if he or she (the producer/writer) messes up... Oh dear.

Yeah man!

If you have seen the music video, it's quite a horrifying spectacle. You get this 47-year old in a leotard, prancing like a 17-year old... Ever seen a grandma doing gymnastics? Imagine... (Don't!)

You may just want to put out your eyes after seeing this video.

My sister and I watched it and were appalled.

You don't like it either? Heheheh. I read somewhere that it is the best song in the whole CD!

That is quite damning in my opinion.

I agree. The William Orbit "Ray of Light" album was pretty good. I really enjoyed the track "Frozen."

Yes, 'Frozen' is pretty good. However, Madonna just lost a plagarism lawsuit for 'Frozen' (which incidentally is not written by William Orbit. He produced it. Created the sound I think). A Belgian songwriter sued her successfully. Apparently, Madonna stole the song. Shameless.

"The ruling, which also required stores to remove copies of the song and for broadcasters to stop playing it, did not set any damages but, instead, left those to be negotiated at a later date."

Wow! Can this woman ever do something original??

I suspect not. I mean, do you remember her initial eighties image from 'Desperately Seeking Susan'? Madonna practically 'stole' the look from Cyndi Lauper who remained bitter up to this day.
