A path ran south towards the Jelutong Tower while another headed north towards the coast of the Upper Pierce Reservoir.
The trail from Rifle Range Link continued west towards the Petaling Trail. We headed west.

The Crossroads
In an eyeblink, we were at the crossroads. There was a railing which bisected the path.
There were large PUB water pipes buried within the ground. These exposed pipes were lying across a small stream which connected Upper Pierce Reservoir to MacRitchie Reservoir.
A path ran south towards the Jelutong Tower while another headed north towards the coast of the Upper Pierce Reservoir.
The trail from Rifle Range Link continued west towards the Petaling Trail. We headed west.
