Orchestral Manoeuvres in the Dark is one of the more innovative New Romantic bands of the eighties, purveying a form of intelligent pop art which even the likes of Pet Shop Boys may aspire to but never quite attain.
The latest news is that their classic 'Architecture & Morality' is going be re-released yet again but this time with a DVD of an early eighties concert. HURRAH! I can't wait!
To my lasting regret, I had the opportunity to catch OMD in one of their last ever concert in the mid-nineties but I didn't.
