Sherman M4A1The M4 was one of the war-winning tanks of the Second World War. The combination of armament, armour, speed, reliability and numbers were decisive.
I have sketched an early model with a cast-iron hull.

How are things going?
I'm still here in London just by the Thames Barrier. Spoke to Jimmy Fong a couple of months ago, he is still in Vancouver and seems to be enjoying life there.
Cheers, Alastair
I have a great view from my Balcony of the Warships which are in the dock for an arms fair at the moment.
I think you would like sketching them on your wacom... I'll send you a photo.. Ali
Hi Alastair, things are alright at my end. Routine actually.
How's life in London? Hectic? How have you been? It's certainly been a while.
Jimmy Fong, now that is a name I haven't heard in almost nine years. He has migrated to Canada, abandoning his beloved Hong Kong?
Yes, I would love to see those warships. Thanks, if you could...
