If my recollection of the cat adoption/ownership process over here is correct, kittens should be sold/released to prospective owners only after they (the kittens) have reached six weeks of age, hopefully spending those weeks with the mother cat. Your new kitty is now essentially an orphan, requiring rather special care.
Kitty is about a week to two weeks old.
I fed it specially formulated milk this morning. I was hunting around town late last night for milk for kittens.

It was given by some colleagues. I think their neighbour gave it to them.
As for gender, we looked... I think it is still tiny.

Ari, the kitten is just so tiny and it makes a little 'eep eep' sound all the time.
Blackrx, I think mommy delivered three kittens. Their owners gave one to my colleague who gave it to my family.

That is absolutely right, Blackrx, that is why I was worried. We bought a special kitty milk bottle. And we also have special formulated milk for it.
I am glad to know you are taking extra precautions for Kitty. I hope to see him/her in person when I am back in June.
